Your success in the business world, at the career market and in tackling life challenges depends on your determination, persistence and motivation towards pursuing the true success.

What reinforces good attitude towards success is the motivation you derive from the quotes which successful people proved to have been their source of motivation when there seems to be bleak labor.  

I want you to agree with me that friends who motivate their friends to be determined, persist and take courage are rarely found in today's relationship.

According to Suzanne Lucas, 53% of Americans feel devastated and tired at work, but 86% are still happy and motivated to continue with their daily routine. Why do you think those numbers are not compatible? It can be seen that working hard can help to make you happy. Too much free time can make you unmotivated and bored. Having a job where you have too little work to do makes it tedious to seat at a desk pretending to be doing something while you not actually doing any thing.

Self motivation is one of the most important factor that contribut to a true success. Always motivate yourself as you move higher and higher.
